I chose these because they have better handles than the competition. The handles are wider and have a comfortable grip cushion. The bands are quality, easy to read weight labels, quality webbing and velcro for the ankle strap. I've been using them for a couple of weeks, and they are better than bands costing much more.

I use these practically every day to maintain fitness. Surprisingly, I didn’t buy them, use them for a couple of weeks, then relegate them to the “dead pile” of purchases. I’m thoroughly satisfied and my body, at 63, looks a hell of a lot better than most men my age, thanks to this purchase!

This is my third set of bands that I use for golf exercise over the last 10 years. The handles on this set I like a great deal for some motions but they somehow grab fingers on some two hand motions. The actual bands attachment to the straps is very similar to my old set which started to fly apart during exercise at year 4. So, I'm not crazy about that design.
When I broke these bands in, I wore protective glasses and will with any set of bands in the future when I use the bands.. I will toss these and get new ones at year 3. They are low cost so no reason to be at risk of a flying projectile.

These work great. I like the clips and that all bands are the same size to clip in multiple bands. I only wish there was a way to shorten them. I use these in my home office all the time
