These bands, I didn’t realize I should’ve bought the wider bands. These are hard to handle for people my age if you’re younger, they’re fine but once you get older, you need something wider to use other than that the bands are fine.

I ordered these in add into my home and travels workouts. The different sizes are great and it even comes with a little poster of exercise you can do. The resistance seems to be good for each size and they are nice and thick.

These bands feel very cheaply made. There's almost no resistance at all, and they stretch out and go loose quickly. I'm not sure where all the 5-star reviews are coming from, unless I just received a bad batch. Either way, I can't recommend them.
